Malaguti Grizzly rolling chassis.

From what I can make out, the Grizzly stands out as different to the cheap imported Chinese trials bikes, being made to much higher standards in Italy by the long established Malaguti Company.

With 12” rear and 15” front wheels and a full frame it looks like it is a Grizzly 10.  Seat height is around 29” so it is teenager sized and a proper little trials bike.

It looks like this one was a running bike when the engine was removed because everything else (apart from the tank) is there - cables, levers, even the chain!  Tyres have a lot of life left, rear shock is good and front forks travel ok.  It came with a lawnmower engine, so I am guessing someone had the bright idea of dropping that in; unsurprisingly, they failed!

It has a proper cradle frame so if it doesn’t go I shall probably slot a small unit engine in to give gears as well and hang on to it until the grandson is tall enough (by which time no doubt he will have lost all interest!).
